1993年、Energy Fm、Number One Fm、Günaydın Fm、Radio Cool、Radio 2019、Hot Station、Metro Fm、My Radioなどのラジオ局でプロ生活をスタート。 朝の番組のほか、前述の多くのラジオ局でナレーション、音楽ディレクター、放送ディレクターとしても活躍した。 2005年、彼は長く続いたラジオの世界から離れたいと考え、トルコの新組織であるTeknoloji Televizyonuで『Spesiyal』という生放送番組を制作した。
メトロFMとスュペルFMでの番組を最後に、ラジオのキャリアに終止符を打った。 メフメト・ヤンクは、自身の広告・吹き替え事務所「マイ・プロダクション」で、企業のプロモーションや広告の吹き替えを続けている。
